Thirty years plus in Real Estate Brokerage, Sales, Management and Ownership. New Construction Sales, Management and Ownership. Mortgage Brokerage, Financing, Lending, Sales and Ownership.
Licenses held in the past thirty years: Licensed Real Estate Broker in Michigan and Real Estate Licenses also in Ohio and Florida. Presently with A National Real Estate Company that is licensed in almost all of the 50 states. Licensed Builder in Michigan. Licensed Mortgage Broker in Florida and with a National Company.
In 1996 Monroe County Board of Realtors Top Dollar Producer (leading salesperson for all of Monroe County) and a Top Volume Producer for many other years. Sold my real estate company years ago and now back in the business 100% to help people and "I Will Help You".
Pulte Home Corporation (one of the largest home building companies in the country) in 1984 in Houston, Texas was the Leading Sales Person for the Year (led the Company).
In 1993 received the Lynn Powers Award for the Project of the Year (top building, construction and development project) in Bedford Township, Monroe County, Michigan.
Self motivated, high achiever, Life Member Monroe County Michigan Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, Life Member of Toledo, Ohio Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and Life Member of the Ohio Presidents Club, Life Member Million Dollar Club SMC National Home Builders Association (HBA) sales award, Member of Gold Million Dollar Club (10 million dollars + sales in one year).
